Agreement
These terms are between you (or the business you represent) and [Legal entity name], which operates Adionexus. By creating an account or using the API, you agree to these terms, the Sending Policy and the Privacy Policy.
Adionexus is intended for businesses. You must be authorized to accept these terms on behalf of the business you sign up for.
Accounts
- Provide accurate registration details and keep your contact email current. We use it for security and service notices.
- Keep passwords and API keys confidential. You are responsible for activity in your workspace, including requests made with your API keys.
- Tell us promptly at help@adionexus.web.id if you believe your account has been compromised.
Acceptable use
You may use Adionexus to record your own transactions and to send transactional notifications to your own customers, as described in the Sending Policy. You agree not to:
- send promotional or marketing messages, or messages to recipients who have no relationship with your business;
- send to purchased, rented or scraped address lists;
- submit events that do not correspond to real orders, payments or account actions;
- send unlawful, deceptive or harmful content, or impersonate another person or business;
- attempt to bypass rate limits, suppression lists or other controls, or interfere with the service.
Your data
You keep ownership of the data you send to Adionexus. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to share your customers' data with us and for the content of your notification templates.
Fees
Test mode is free. Live mode is billed according to the plan shown in your workspace at the time you subscribe. We will give at least 30 days' notice of price changes for your plan.
Availability
We work to keep Adionexus available and to deliver notifications promptly, but email delivery depends on third parties, including recipients' mail providers. The service is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee that every message will be delivered or that the service will be uninterrupted.
Suspension and termination
- We may pause live sending or suspend a workspace that breaks these terms or the Sending Policy, that has bounce or complaint rates that put the service at risk, or where required by law. Where possible we will notify you first.
- You can close your workspace at any time from its settings. Data is then deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Adionexus is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction]. Disputes will be handled by the courts of [jurisdiction].
