Who we are
Adionexus is operated by [Legal entity name], [registered address] ("Adionexus", "we", "us"). This policy covers the website at adionexus.web.id, the Adionexus dashboard and the Adionexus API.
Our role
Adionexus handles two kinds of personal data:
- Account data about the people who sign up for and use Adionexus. For this data, Adionexus decides how it is used.
- Customer data that a business sends to Adionexus about its own customers, such as names, email addresses and order details. Adionexus processes this data on that business's instructions, to record its transactions and send its notifications. The business is responsible for having a lawful basis to share it with us.
If you received a notification sent through Adionexus and have a question about your data, contact the business that sent it. We will also forward requests sent to us.
Data we collect
Account data
- Name, company name, work email address and a password, which is stored as a salted hash by our authentication provider.
- If you sign in with Google or GitHub: your name, email address and the account identifier the provider shares with us. We do not receive your Google or GitHub password.
- Workspace settings, team members and their roles, API key metadata and audit log entries.
- Sign-in records: IP address, browser type and time of sign-in, used for security alerts.
Customer data processed for businesses
- Customer identifiers, names and email addresses.
- Order, payment, invoice and account events, including amounts and currency.
- Notification delivery records: recipient, template, time sent, and delivery, bounce or complaint status.
Adionexus does not store full payment card numbers or bank account numbers. Payment events contain only the references and amounts you send.
How we use it
- To provide the service: record events, generate invoices and send the notifications those events trigger.
- To send account emails: verification, password reset, security alerts and service notices.
- To secure the service: detect abuse, enforce the Sending Policy and investigate incidents.
- To meet legal obligations, such as tax and accounting record-keeping.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use customer data to send our own marketing.
Service providers
We use these providers to run Adionexus. Each processes data only as needed for the service it provides:
| Provider | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Amazon Web Services | Hosting, storage and email delivery (Amazon SES) |
| Google (Firebase Authentication) | Account sign-in, password storage and account emails; optional sign-in with Google |
| GitHub | Optional sign-in with GitHub |
| [Payment processor] | Billing for Adionexus subscriptions |
Retention
- Account data is kept while your account is open and deleted within [30] days of closing it, except where we must keep records by law.
- Event logs and delivery records are kept for [90] days unless the workspace sets a different period.
- Suppression list entries (bounced or complained addresses) are kept as long as the workspace exists, so those addresses are not emailed again.
Security
Connections to the website, dashboard and API use HTTPS. Passwords are stored as salted hashes. Access within a workspace is controlled by roles, and administrative actions are written to an audit log. No system is completely secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you as required by law.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or to object to how it is used. Email help@adionexus.web.id and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
We will update the date at the top of this page when the policy changes, and email account owners about material changes before they take effect.
